Supervisa only for 2 entries within 6 months. Confused

Hello everyone, Thanks for replying . My mother and father both applied for Supervisa. Both have passport validity of 10 years. We did Super-visa insurance for both of them. Everything was same for both of them as far as application is concerned. While my mother received visa for 10 years multiple entrees, my father received only for 2 entrees and visa for only 6 months. I am surprised and wondering if it’s mistake on part of VO. What can be done? Should we reapply as Supervisa should be 10 years? I am clueless what to do next ? Thanks
