I'm new on this forum i'm stressed my parents did a supervisa application on March 5th in mauritius but the application went to visa office in pretoria they undergo medical exams my mum on April 22 and my Dad on May 10th , both medical reports were sent on April 25th for mum and Dad on May 12th , as per doctor everything ok they even got the reports to confirm.But since then no reply from CIC they were supposed to come on June 3rd
Does anyone had the same situation , do you know it is taking so long, papers and medical already processed i don't know why it's taking so long.On the website it say 8 weeks butnow it's almost 4 months.
Please someone help me to have some informations.
