Supervisa home ties pension amount

My mother receives the pension of around amount 20 CAD in India. I am not sure if this could be a strong ties to home country as it is a small amount, for applying for her supervisa. Any suggestions? She has a house in her name and some investments and gold and a land (not farm land) in her name too. I am really concerned if this pension amount is helpful or not?

No. $20 is not a lot to show ties when you have to meet LICO and she has to buy health insurance.

Well someone has to buy the health insurance and pay for the medical exam. But she has to pass the medical.

Showing a pension is one of the ties, no matter how much that pension is.
