Hey everyone...am applying for super visa for both of my parents..I understand the documents required but am concerned on how to prove strong ties to home country. Situation is a a below-
1. They are renting back home renting same place since past 4 years
2. All their children are abroad
3. Not working anymore, no pension
4. No close family and friends
5. Have some money in bank account
6. Have traveled to 2-3 countries and have always exited on time


Am a Canadian citizen and my brother is a PR.

They cannot prove strong ties so they provide what they have.

If you can't prove their strong their ties to home country, focus on host's docs, super visa is more about a host eligibility.

Although true that a host’s information is more important for a supervisa vs normal TRV they need to have a plan to return home because it is incredibly difficult to sponsor parents at the moment and if they get sick they may also need to return home at any point for treatment. Will they keep their rental home while they visit? Pay for temporary storage for all their belongings? Proof that they have a plan and have quotes for example for longterm storage or proof a longterm lease would be helpful.
