Supervisa from india

My mom applied for supervisa from India in Sep2021.. she is flying to canada on 14th feb on her visitor visa. Today, on 13th we got email from ircc to submit her passport for supervisa stamping. Its too late to change her travel plans now, will she be able to submit her passport in canada office and get her supervisa. Please help urgently.

Hi what did you do? Did you send the passport to Ottawa for stamping.
