I've applied Supervisa for my parents online back in beginning of November last year but yet got any update. My parents are currently holding the TRV now... now I kind of wondering if we're even eligible to applied Supervisa online at the first place.
My questions
1. Please any one, let me know if one can apply Supervisa online
2. Who should I talk to for the update as CIC call center asked me to talk to Visa Office in Ottawa?
