Supervisa Biometrics

Hi all, my paretns already did their biometrics in 2019 for visitor visa, but will be doing again to extend its validity. My question is that will the VO will be issuing Supervisa till the validity of first biometric or will consider the new biometrics? Also, how can I upload biometric proof once completed? Thanks.
