New portal is a mess when verification codes don’t come through . They are not able to fix that problem and you will never have access to your application.

Applied for my mother’s super visa on 11th Aug 2026
had medical done before hand and received note that medical was passed on 19th September 2026
She has had 2 TRV refusals in the past for generic reasons - financial sufficiency and ties to home country.
She is a home-maker and did not have property in her name although she does have sufficient virtual liquid assets. Her husband and other son are not travelling with her.
Have shown her local funds and family ties as ties to home country. Hope it will be enough for super visa.

Applied on September 4th for my mother from Pakistan. We received the BIL on the same day and she completed her biometrics on September 11th. However, the tracker still hasn’t been updated; it only shows “Biometrics Enrolled” as of September 11th.
Only the background check is in process, but there has been no other update since the application was submitted. It has now been more than a month. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
