I did not get any notification, when I logged in I saw the change.

Biometric: Used previously given biometrics and updated in the portal same day.
Medical: Upfront (Sep 01, 2026)
Mother Medical passed: Sep 21, 2026.
Eligibility: Changed to In-review (Sep 21, 2026).

Applied for both parents. but my father has to go through additional medical testing (Xray after 3 months) so medical under review and eligibility in-review. (Sep 21, 2026)

Sept 17, no updates on the file yet. Bio details updated on GC Key but tracker still says “ You don’t need biometrics” Medical also not updated still says “You don’t need the medical exam”.
