I just wanna know, if I am able to get my mom supervisa even though so far I only have open work permit and still waiting for my permanent residency? My husband is a canadian citizen.

No. Your mom is not eligible for a super visa until you land as a PR

You won't need to wait for your PR card. You can apply for your mom's super visa anytime after you land as PR
