can you please help to find out what I am suppose to do
On My mother's application I wrote her first & last in last name section as the given name was optional
FOR EXAMPLE On her Passport
her given name was XYZ
last name was ABC
While doing her application I wrote her last name as (Given name + last name): XYZ ABC
Given name was empty
Is that a major problem and how to solve it?
