Supervisa application concern

I am applying trv.
There is one questio "are you accompanyin a family member who has status in canada or recently been approved for canada"?

My case is I am pr canada and invitin g my mother for supervisa.
And my sister recently approved as pr and coming canada along with my mother if supervisa granted.

Based on my situation pls help should I click yes or no the above said question???

You sister "has recently been approved for canada" and she is traveling with your mother.

Then check YES.

But she approved for pr and question say " who recently accepted as visitor worker or student "?
That is confusion
