Supervisa 2nd visit requirements!

Warm greetings!
My husband and I was granted Supervisa multiple Entry last January 16, 2013.
We stayed in Canada for a year.
We were planning to visit again on March 2018.

These are my concerns that need your help please...
1. Do we need to undergo medical/ physical exam?
2. Do we need to buy again an insurance for supervisa?
3.What other travel documents we need to comply regarding this matter?

No, you don't have to go through medicals again

2. Do we need to buy again an insurance for supervisa?

Yes, you must have insurance coverage purchased from a Canadian insurance company for a minimum of CAD 100,000 for each super visa entry

3.What other travel documents we need to comply regarding this matter?

regardless of the expiration of the passport?
I just renewed my passport based on the expiration date this year 2017.

You're welcome

No, just like a TRV, the validity of a super visa depends on the assessment made by the visa officer.... and the maximum validity possible is up to one day/one month before passport expiry.

I just renewed my passport based on the expiration date this year 2017.

In that case, your super visa has expired because your passport on which it was issued expired this year. You'll need to apply for a new super visa from scratch
