Hello everyone, Hope everyone is doing great and staying safe. I have a question for you guys, I was wondering when i get PR can i apply for my parents super visa as a Permanent residence? Does my previous asylum status will affect the visa decision? I do meet other requirement like income, etc. In CIC website its says PR can apply for Super visa for their parent. But i will get PR through asylum claim. Many thanks for your help.

You can certainly apply. Yes, it's possible the fact that you obtained your PR status through an asylum claim will make it more difficult for the super visa to be approved. However you can certainly try. You will want to make sure your parents show strong ties to their home country (e.g. employment, property, assets).
