super visa

Hi,

My mom applied for super visa in May while her normal visitor visa is still valid. She came to Canada last month before her super visa was approved. Two weeks later, we received passport request, so she mailed her passport to the home country and got the supervisa. My question is how can she "activate" her super visa without going back to the home country because the flight is very expensive. Can she simply go to US?
