Super Visa- What happens after 2 years?

Hi I would like to know when we file a Super Visa for the parents then what will happen after 2 years. I know that this a 10 year multiple entry Visa with a 2 year maximum stay and CIC didn't mention the options after 2 years.

1, You can apply for an extension of the Super visa to Vegreville or your parents can go home.

One final point when you apply for an extension make sure you include a valid insurance certificate. Be careful with any monthly plans I had many people contact me that were rejected.
