Super Visa thru Immigration Consultant

Hi,

I have a friend asking if it’s normal for an immigration consultant to charge them fee every 6mos for a super visa application? The super visa was approved and the parents are already in Canada. I don’t have any idea about their agreement but he just finds it weird. Any thoughts or similar setup? Thanks!

What is the fee for? Not normal. Don't pay.
