Super Visa re entry time restrictions ????

I was wondering if I have a Multiple entry super visa that expires in 6 years and have returned to my home Country for the Winter .... is there any time restriction on how long I can stay in my home country before I return to Canada again .
For example : Can I stay Home for ,say 1 year and then return to Canada on that same visa without problems as long as I get my 1 year Medical insurance.

I think you can stay out of canada for one year and still be able to come back. As long as you keep your canadian insurance valid.
