Super Visa Query

Hi

Can someone advice me on following situation

I am here in CA on PR for past 6 months. I do have Permanent job.
Though i am married but family (wife and 2 kids) is till back in my country they will joing in april 2014.......wanted to call my mother on super visa immediately

a.) Does LICO still apply as family of 4 or 1 as i am single here
b.) How much finances does my mom should show in her bank
c.) if at all if situation doesnt permit to apply for super visa.
Can super visa be applied within Canada itself, if she comes on visit visa.

Try posting your question to the Visitors section of this forum. Since you have a wife and two children, you will need to meet LICO for 5 people (you, your wife, 2 children, your mother).
