Super Visa processing timeline from Visa Exempt Countries

Hi folks, just trying to get an idea of timelines from Visa Exempt countries. Most of what I've been seeing has been for people from India/Pakistan and other countries that requires visas.

Also, my parents are applying from Bermuda. Do they need to do a medical?
