My mom just got approved for Super Visa and received the stamp for two years.
The officer was saying because that my mom came from the visa exemption country, so they will not issue a paper visa.
Does Super Visa issue a paper visa (just like other Visitor Visa or Work/Study Permit)? Do I have to go to the border to get the paper visa?
Any advise or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
