Hello,

I am renewing my mom's super visa. I have all my documentation ready. I created a GCKey ID, when I am in and click APPLY FOR A VISITOR VISA, asks for code, I click on
I do not have a Personal Reference Code, then answer a list of questions, on my moms behalf, and I am never give the choice of SUPER VISA, just Visitor Visa 6 months.

What am I doing wrong? I have done this before.

I appreciate any help.

Thanks.

1. Did you follow the instructions here: http://tinyurl.com/tg6udwo

I did, I have all my info ready, I called CIC, and they told me it was a glitch on their site, sent me an email with some instructions of erasing the site cookies. Still doesn't work. It doesn't give the super visa option, just regular visitor visa.

Hi

I have contacted CIC many times, the last email they sent, told me to try this tool https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/come-canada-tool.html

Every time I try, from different browsers and computers it never gives the option super visa, just regular visa. I really don't know what to do at this point.

1. Did you try following the instructions here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nada/parent-grandparent-super-visa/apply.html
2. Note it is your parents who are applying for the super visa, so you have do it their name.

I have tried everything you guys are suggesting. I respond the answers as my mom of course, and it never gives me the Super Visa option. I have even created different GCKey Ids and answer the questions differently to see if eventually the super visa option is available, and it never is.
