Super Visa on Temporary PR

Hello Everyone,

I am on temporary PR status. I had finished my landing on June 10 and waiting for my PR card.

I would like to apply SuperVisa for my parents.

Can I apply on my temporary status or should I apply after I receive my PR card?

Also, my parents are going to stay only for 1 month. So, should I still apply for Supervisa or should I go with the regular visiting visa.

The application is for them not for you, therefore your status is not exactly that important in this case. So either ways is fine and will have little impact in the final decision.

TRV and Supervisa are two different documents. If they are only visiting for one month I would go for TRV, Supervisa is for much longer stays.

But they have better chances of getting a Super Visa than visitor visa. I mom got super visa whereas her visitor visa was rejected earlier. But you have to send a copy of your PR Card along with their supervisa application.
