Super Visa NOA

I am planning to apply for a Super Visa for my parents, but my full legal name is not visible on my last year's Notice of Assessment. The reason for this is that I have a very long legal name, and only part of my name could be entered into the CRA system. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hijacking the thread for another question regarding the NOA requirement for Supervisa. My wife and I moved to Canada in October 2024. Initially we worked minimum wage jobs and therefore our income for 2024 was quite low. This year we both have good-paying jobs and our income is a lot more than the income thresholds required for sponsoring parents for super visa. We were planning to start the process once we file our taxes in Feb/Mar 2026 and receive our NOA.

However, we recently found out that my wife is pregnant with the due date in the last week of June. We would like our parents to be here for the birth of their grandchild. However, given that current processing time for Supervisa application in India is 5-6 months, if we wait to start the process after getting our NOA, it would be quite late by the time their application is processed. Is it possible to use pay-stubs as proof of income in lieu of NOA. Are there any risks?

IRCC will generally refuse the application without NOAs.

Apply for TRV now. IRCC will most likely refuse supervisa without NOA. Remember funds are just one part of an application as supervisa is just a TRV for a longer length.
