My parents submitted all documents for multiple-entry Super Visa to Moscow office on May 11th. Up to now (16 
weeks) all we have heard from the Immigration Section is that they are reviewing my parents files and do not require any additional information from us. Is it even legitimate for them to process file for such a long time? Has anyone else filed for Super Visa via Moscow office? What were your processing times?
