Super Visa (Meet LICO But Jobless at the moment)

Hi Everyone,

I am in a fix now. Just got terminated from my job this month. I was meeting LICO for the last couple of years. I have bought insurance, got upfront insurance done. Applied visitor visa in 2021 and 2024, both time rejected due to not having strong ties to home country and will not go back. Was applying for super visa as everyone says that it has better chance for parents. Dont have employment letter now to put in the application. How to make my case strong?

Mother is in Pakistan. Retired, lives with my brother family.

So submit NOA 2025 with mother's medical and health insurance and see what happens. Still need to address reasons for refusals with two rejections.

Thanks, I am lost how to justify the strong ties part, she has 3 children and 5 grandchildren in Pakistan. I am the only child in Canada.

So no family or economic ties which is why she has been refused. Apply with 2025 NOC, passed medical and health insurance and see what happens.

Those aren't family ties to IRCC. Family ties are children under 22 and spouse.
