Super Visa - is it an online application only?

Hi everyone,

I have a bit of hard time finding the full guide / kit for Super Visa for parents.
- Is super visa applied online or is there a form kit? (cic link please)
- What paperwork is needed from sponsor? (cic link please)
- What paperwork is needed from sponsored? (cic link please)

Follow the eligibility link for requirements and subsequent online or paper application links. Be aware that a 'super-visa' application is basically a "multiple-entry TRV", which could be granted for up to ten years.

The only difference we could decipher in applying for a super-visa over a TRV was the requirement for proof of medical insurance, which in turn would have required Grandma's doctor to complete a lengthy questionnaire, send it back to us for our submission to the broker. With initial quotes exceeding $2,000 we decided to apply for a regular TRV instead.
