Other income can be included. However if you want to include other income, you'll need to make sure this other income has been declared in your Canadian tax return.

Want to clarify that you have to prove that you have earned the LICO amount in Canada and that it is not your future salary or earnings.

Yes, just to confirm this mean that they care with the total income regardless the expenses, for example if there is mortgage with certain amount will be deducted from the minimum income calculation?

Your amount of savings also factors into the visa approval. If you have zero savings but meet LICO that will still be a problem.

No - it will not be the total amount. It will be net of expenses since that is what you would be declaring as income.

Keep in mind that you will be taxed on whatever you declare by Canada.

So they focus in Net Income after deduct the expenses
Thank you all
