My mother in law is in Canada since Feb 2017, but on her passport no written date or stamp is placed until when she can stay.
Recently someone told us if there is no stamp or written date, then she could only stay up to 6 months and she is staying illegal in canada now. I tried calling cic but there phone is always busy.
Please help.
