Hello All,
My parents recently approved for Super Visa.
Now, I am planning to book their travel.
Can I book a one-way ticket or still it has to be a return ticket?
Please advise. Thank you

My parents are currently in Canada on ETA. It got extended due to travel restrictions around COVID. We are just waiting for numbers to drop in the UK before they head home and can get their vaccinations. My question is, can we start their Supervisa application now while they are in Canada, or do they have to be in the UK for the entirety of the processing time. Uk processing for Supervisa is nearly a year!

They need to be in the UK when they apply. ETA is only the authorization to enter the country,

Do they need to stay there the whole time, or can they visit again (pandemic permitting!) on their ETA? The IRCC website says supervisas are usually processed in a few weeks, but for some reason the processing time for the UK office is 40+ weeks. Purely hypothetical right now as no one can travel anywhere safely at the minute.

They can return to Canada once they apply but would have to exit again to initiate the Supervisa.
