My parents came to Canada in 2009 on visit visa...Then we applid for their immigration on humanitarion grounds(becuase we didnt want them to go back home koz of the law and order situation and terrorism situation in our home country) but the application was refused...But they got the extension of 2 years on their visit visa...My question is that now can we apply for their Super-Visa frm inside Canada???We wanted them not to go back to our home country due to the situation of our home country...@ that time Super visa policy was not announce else we wud have applied for that Super visa,....SO now can we apply for their Super Visa from INside Canada....Your immediate response wud be highly appreciated...
