update: I applied for my parents super visa and received the biometric letter for my father only, I then waited for a week and did not receive my mother letter, I submitted a web form, received a reply after 2 weeks that they need the payment receipt , I sent the receipt and after 2 weeks I received my mother biometric letter.

I applied on 23rd April and received BIL for my mom still waiting for my dad. I have raised a few web forms with the second one addressing the concerned visa office, it's been a few weeks and I haven't received anything. This is extremely frustrating especially when you don't know the solution, Has anyone else recently got their BIL?
Is the tracker showing anything?
I raised 2 webforms. Tracker didn't show anything for the first one. after my second webform tracker was showing "We received your enquiry." after that I got BIL in 3 days.
