I wanted to understand and know few things before we start the super visa request for our dad.
My sister is Canadian citizen and she will be sponsoring the dad. She has separated spouse and so far-
I understood that if not legally divorced then we need to include him to meet the LICO requirements.
My question is if the ex spouse mother is already there on Super visa then do we need to count her as well? e.g. My sis + her ex spouse + ex mother in law + daughter + dad total 5 or 4?
My PR application is on going and BIO is completed, will it affect in getting the super visa?
Would appreciate if I can get the logical answers based on true experiences.
