Super visa for accompanying minor

Hello ,

I want to apply super visa for my mother and I want to include my sister in the application, she is minor 13 years old and my father passed away so no one to take care of her if my mum travelled to Canada. Can I include a minor in the application .

No you can’t include a minor on a supervisa. She can try to get a TRV but she will not qualify to attend school for free (she can attempt to get a study permit and you’ll need to prove that you have the funds to pay for public school education 10k+/yr) and she is unlikely to be able to extend the TRV for 2 years. It sounds as though you want your mother and sister to visit Canada on a longterm basis which will not be possible especially since your sister is of school age.
