Quick question, currently helping my mom to apply for her super visa ONLINE, she is in Malaysia. She is planning to visit other family member for the summer in US and may stay there for 2-3 months. Does she has to be in Malaysia at the time the supervisa approves? or as long as she is outside of Canada, that will be okay?
Super Visa (does the applicant have to be in their own country by the time it approves?)
