Super Visa - Do I have to fill up Schedule 1 (IMM 5257) form showing in optional documents section?

Hi All,

I am applying online for my parent's super visa. For both, my mom and dad there is an optional section in myCIC account that has two points:-
  • Schedule 1 Application for a temporary resident visa made outside of Canada (IMM 5257)
  • Letter of Explanation (not concerned about this)
Do I have to fill up this Schedule 1 form? I am applying on behalf of my parents from Canada. My parents currently live in their home country (outside Canada)

Hi Dear - Schedule 1 form is only applicable when you tick YES in anyone of Background Information question (Qus - 3,4,5 and 6) in their main visa application form (IMM5257E).

When i upload schedule 1-application for a temporary IMM257B_1 (2008-2)
The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.
  • Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted

Any luck with uploading schedule 1 form? I still have the same error message ""The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted".
I have tried all the suggestions mentioned on this forum and cic, but no luck.
