I am new to this forum and have a question. We are applying for a Super Visa for my mother in law from Ukraine.
We would like her to come over and stay a good while, probably for a year at least.
But since its a fairly long term stay we are not definite on dates. So here are the questions:
a) in the invitation letter, do we ballpark the dates, such as, for instance Aug 1 2015 to Aug 1 2916?
b) does the start date of the medical insurance have to match the arrival date? we purchased it
but its current effective date is in Oct (a long story..). should we change it to match the invitation?
c) does my mom in law's financial situation matter for this type of a visa? she lost her job this year. I know it would matter for the regular visa, but not sure about how it plays out in the super visa situation.
