I am including the 2024 NOAs of my wife and I to host my parents, as our combined income exceeds the LICO requirement. I was out of work for a few months in 2024 and was on EI, which is why my income alone doesn't meet the LICO requirement, and thus including my wife as a co-signer. Additionally, my current salary is well above the LICO, so I am including an employer letter, pay stubs, bank statements, my investments in addition to the 2024 NOAs of my wife and I. However, in 2023, my income alone was above the LICO requirement.

Question: As a supplementary document, can I also include my 2023 NOA to make my application stronger in addition to the above?

No harm in that for sure.

No point. IRCC wants to see your recent earning in Canada. If you meet LICO with your spouse co-signing in 2024 and can also show additional savings that should be fine. I would also include proof of your parents funds.
