Super Visa Approved but cannot find visa letter

I checked the portal, there is a history note that says there is a message with the attached visa. Nothing.

I sent a web form and they said they sent it through the preferred mode of contact. Email. Nothing.

Has this happened to anyone? Am I just searching in the wrong places or is the email some wonky name so I can’t find it through the insane amount of emails

There is often a lag in the system. When did you get the notice? If you have already received a response from your webform this must have been a while ago.
