Super Visa application in progress for more than 1 year.

Hello Everyone,
My apologies if this is not the correct thread to post on however, I just wanted to get your opinion on what can I do as we have not received any updates on my parents(they are in Nepal) super visa since more than 1 year .
Application was submitted on January 9, 2022. Their biometrics was completed on January 12,2022 but we have not gotten any update on our file since then. I have raised the web form last month as well but have not heard anything back. I have also gone to my MLA office several times in the last 3-4 months to inquire. But MLA office keeps telling me that there is no red flag with the file and all we can do is wait.
I don't know what to do at this moment in time and it has been extremely frustating and challenging wait for us. The processing times for super visa for Nepal is currently 87 days as per CIC website. But for us its taking way way more than that. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I can do? Please help!!

Have you visit your MP (member of Parliament) office as well?

Yes I have visited them several times over the last 3-4 months. They keep telling me that the file is with a supervisor and there is no red flags with application. I have asked the office if there is no red flags then is there a reason why it's taking this long. They just ask me to be patient.
Do you know if there is anything else I could do besides wait? I feel like this is very unusual especially when it comes to super visa.
