Super visa after receiving medical results.

Hi good day!

I just wanted to ask how long does it usually take to receive a super visa after the immigration received the medical results? Because my mom in-law medical results was forwarded last March 22, 2013 and its been two months already and the processing times that shows for a super visa in the Philippines is only 11 days and it's been awhile now. Any idea why we're not receiving the visa yet? Thank you!

Try to contact the visa office to confirm whether they've received medical results.

Manila can take longer like the previous thread contact the embassy to make sure they received all the medical results.
