Super Visa 2018- Representative and Return Flight

Hi,

I am applying for my mother’s super visa and have a few important questions-

1. If I operate my mother’s email and create a CIC account in her name, so I still need to show myself as an unpaid representative? I mean, it’s her email, her CIC account. I am just filling it out for her.

2. They require return tickets. Any suggestions on refundable flight tickets? This doesn’t make sense, the visa is for two years but the airlines aren’t selling tickets beyond December 2018. How to solve this?

1. If you want to be a rep, do so, just in case there are problems in the future, you can email the visa office, if you are not a rep, they will not reply to you.
