In November if they again release 130-140 AORs, that should take May, Jun, Jul to 80%, and Aug to 40%. That's because the number of applicants seems lower this year since COVID... Apr-Sep monthly average 82 applicants this year, vs average 141 monthly applicants during the same months in 2019.
