Hi Friends,

What documents should be submitted in absence of employment letter from HR on company letter head ?
and also the order they should be arranged?

As I can only upload one document I have thought to arrange to submit in order:

1. Generic emplomyent bonafide letter on letter head - include Name, ID and my designation on company letter head.

2. HR refusal emails

3. Notorized letter from colleague or supervison with all required employment details and roles and responsibilites.

4. Colleague/Supervison ID card and other company portal screen shot showing that person is actually my Supervisor.

5. Recent 2 months Salary Slips, First 2 month start Salary Slips,

6. Appointment Letter,

7.Offer Letter,

8. Latest Annual Compensation letter.

9. Latest Promotion Letter.

Should I add any other document ?

Should I add my deputation letter (deputed in UK for 1 year) and Tranfer letter( within India from one city to other) ?

anyone? please advice!

I dont think CIC really cares about the order, though personally I'd put the HR refusals on top. Include a LOE to explain the situation. No one except CIC knows what they'll really accept or what they consider sufficient proof. I would advise you to include everything you have named, including any documentation on the transfer you mention.

That looks like it will be enough evidence. The only thing I would do is add more payslips, 6 months would be better than just 2 months.

Put the letter from HR 1st, then the letter from your manager 2nd. The rest can be in any order.

All the best.

Should the responsibilities letter not be the first thing and service letter be the second thing after explanation? Is the coworker letter (although not on letterhead) not that most important document for confirming his work on the noc?

What's the use of putting HR refusal as first thing as cic will anyways need to rely on coworker letter to adjudicate his case? What if they think by mistake that he doesn't have any document with responsibilities seeing that refusal letter ? Less likely, but we never know right.

thanks! Should I add it in one master LOE or in this same document along with other proofs?

Thanks a lot! I will add more salary slips, In LOE I will mention that the employment letter is not from HR as they have refused to provide me one. Should I mention that it is from colleague or just specify that it is from Senior whose designation is so and so ?
