In light of the new rules to be implemented for students
can I change my course of study/college after landing in Canada??

yes you can.

Just need to reapply permit.

You can switch from one program to another holding the same study permit if
1. Both programs are on the same level, i.e. they are both secondary or post-secondary or language and so on.
2. Both programs are offered by schools located outside Quebec.

Post-secondary student

• You may change your school, program and/or field of study without applying for a new study permit. You do not need to apply for a change to the condition of your study permit, either. You may continue to use your study permit as long as it is valid.
• If you are changing your level of study (e.g., bachelor’s to master’s), you do not need to apply for a change to the condition of your study permit, either.

There is nothing about restriction in "change of school/program"!

and plz do correct me if i'm wrong somewhere.
