a. It will be like an invitation or sponsorship letter.
b Yes, if you would like to apply under Express Entry. However, if you would like to go on work permit, then it is not required.
c 200 points for a Senior Manager job, 50 points for rest. (only after LMIA)
d my fastest case was 27 days. (yes you read it right)

Thanks alot Mr. Preet singh

I was also searching and I found below

Offer of employment – Skilled immigrants (Express Entry)

If you have a job offer (offer of arranged employment), you need to update your Express Entry profile in your account with the :

  • start date
  • employer name and address
  • Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) number (if you have one) From this line what I understood is that it is not must to have the LMIA submit LMIA if I have one
  • National Occupational Classification (NOC) code related to the job =
Your job offer must:

  • be in writing
  • not be from an embassy, high commission or consulate in Canada
  • set out details of the job they’re offering you, such as:
    • your pay and deductions
    • your job duties
    • conditions of employment, like your hours of work
A work permit on its own is not a job offer, even if it is an open work permit.

Your job offer must also meet other criteria to be valid under the Express Entry program you qualify for below

Sorry it was a typo error

  • Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) number (if you have one)
  • From this line what I understood is that it is not must to have the LMIA as it says submit LMIA if I have one
Correct me if I misinterpreted it

You need an approved LMIA if you want job offer points. No LMIA = no job offer points.

Do not go with this. As i said, there are only some exceptions for which LMIA is not required.
Trust me, in your case, you will need one.
