Suggestion: Bridge work Permit._PR under process

Hi All,

Need suggestion :

I have applied PR under PNP in November 2015. Currently I am in Implied status and have applied for Work Permit extension till May'2016.

With the current processing time it looks like I will not get my new WP till March end. I will be completing 5 years (nearly) in Canada under WP by May'16.

Can I apply for BWOP with eAOR or have to wait for the PR result.Will they issue BWOP if already completed 5 years under Work Permit.

Please advise. Thanks
