Hi Everyone,

My employer is based in USA.Its a staffing company engaged in IT recruiting for US. I am based in India and manage the Indian office.

Pls find below my present job description below and suggest me correct NOC code:

My Designation :Sr.Manager (Key Accounts)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Heading and managing the Indian operations of IT recruitment for our US arm i.e. Quant Systems Inc.

2. Soliciting business from new clients in over-seas markets.

3. Engaging and coordinating with corporate customers like TCS, Tech Mahindra.

4. Controlling bench sales operations for candidates to ensure minimum bench period.

5. Developing and training recruiters for Indian office.

6. Participate and represent the company in IT conventions/meets.

7. Strategy planning related to development of new services like recruiting and project management through Indian market.

Hi Every,

The job I perform is matched with the NOC 0601.But my organization sells recruitment services and not any tangible product .

The NOC 0601 no where mentions about inclusion of services in its purview. (pls refer the NOC description below) So am confused if my NOC will be 0601 or something else ?
