ur b com percentage is low ....is there a way u can prove u will work hard and get better grades in canada? Like if u have done any course after b com and if u have scored well in it etc. also family ties are important ..showing property is a very good way of family ties. wait for more replies

2nd reason is because of your bcom grades as mead said. One way of justifying was suggested by Mead that you could show some achievements after that degree which is none in your case. My suggestion in that case would be to write a strong Letter stating why you got so low percentage if you have any genuine reason and also state that you will be able to complete the course with your hard work and dedication etc etc.

for family ties, yeah property is good but better reasons are:

1) Blood relations
2) Show job market survey to overcome the rejection reason that you do have good jobs after your study back in your home country.
3) Property, agriculture or commercial or home etc

just take it like this, you have to convince the VO that you are a genuine student. I am afraid you won't be able to get admission in university with these grades but if you can then that is going to be a huge plus point.
