i am planning to apply for fall 2016, can any one help me out about finding the universities which suits my profile.

10th 82%
12th 84%
btech cse 69% (3 backlogs)
ielts 6.5 with all modules having 6 bands.
1 year it experience along with apprenticeship from govt of India.

What is it you want to study?
Where do you think you want to go? (which province?)
Which university?
Are you comfortable with the financial requirements of the university?
is there any chance of funding?
any research group wants you?
where would you be more comfortable?
what are the language requirements of the course?
what are the academic requirements of the course?
what is the graduate employment rate from this job?

Your current question was more like a general question such as "I need software", you need to work it down to reasonable parameters.
